For libraries and governmental institutions, normal payment terms are NET-30. Pre-payment is accepted, as well as institutional credit cards (VISA or MC only).

All prices are subject to change without notice. We will notify you immediately of any increases or incorrect prices on purchase orders. Except where noted, retail prices for public performance and home use only are the same.

Because we handle such a large volume of titles, our normal delivery time is 30-45 days. Please let us know if you require a rush order. All back orders will be shipped as soon as available unless we are otherwise advised by the customer.

One-item orders are shipped USPS. We usually ship via the United Parcel Service. You can check their site now for estimated shipping time for ground service. Use our zip code, 68502, as the Origin.

Express shipments will be charged an additional fee based on the carrier's specific fee schedule. For shipments to Canada please include delivery instructions. Please keep in mind that shipping and handling charges will be different. For a current list of our ground freight charges, click here.

Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with a video, call within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number for a refund, credit or exchange. All videos and packaging returned for credit must be in mint condition. Please note, we are not responsible for duplicate orders made in error by customers.
