Instructional Video recognizes that many public libraries and schools require public performance rights; therefore, we ask our producers and suppliers to sign a public performance agreement. Each product listing in our publications and online catalog indicates which public performance category applies to a particular product.

Includes Category 1. Allows libraries, their patrons or any purchaser to show the videos to non-profit groups or organizations, e.g., senior citizen centers, retirement homes, Girl/Boy Scout groups, gardening clubs, etc.

Includes categories 1 and 2. Allows libraries, their patrons or any purchaser to use videos in connection with for-profit activities, e.g., counseling services, academic courses or promotions for businesses.

9 (HUO)
Titles that carry an "HUO" designation are intended for home use only and do not include permission for public performance use; these videos have stock numbers that start with "9".
